● "User" refers to both Homeowners and Technicians using the App.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to form binding contracts. By accessing the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

In order to use certain features of the App, you may need to register for an account. You agree to:
● Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
● Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password.
● Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

4. Services Provided

The App connects Homeowners with Technicians who provide a variety of services, such as plumbing, electrical work, Hvac and any other home service providers. The App serves only as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or performance of the services provided by the Technicians.

5. Booking and Payment

● Homeowners can book services through the App by specifying the type of service required, preferred time, and location.
● Technicians will confirm or suggest alternative times, and payment for services will be processed through the App.
● All transactions, including payments, are handled securely through third-party payment processors. The App does not store payment information.
● Payment terms, including any service fees, cancellation fees, and pricing policies, will be outlined during the booking process.

6. Service Provider Responsibilities

● Technicians are required to provide services in a professional and timely manner, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
● Technicians must maintain any necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required for the services they provide.
● Technicians must not perform work outside the scope of the agreed-upon services or enter into agreements for services outside of the App without written consent.

7. Homeowner Responsibilities

● Homeowners must provide accurate details about the service required, including any necessary access or materials.
● Homeowners must ensure that their property is safe and suitable for the service being performed.
● Homeowners agree to pay for services rendered in accordance with the pricing outlined in the booking.
● Homeowners must communicate any issues, cancellations, or changes to the service in a timely manner.

8. Ratings and Reviews

After the completion of a service, Homeowners and Technicians may leave ratings and reviews of each other. These reviews should be respectful and truthful. [Toptec] reserves the right to remove any reviews that violate our guidelines or are deemed inappropriate.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:
● Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
● Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App or the servers connected to the App.
● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or the App’s systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

● Any disputes between Homeowners and Technicians.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [Toptec] and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
